  • Afternoon walk through the old town and visit to the  Roman basilicas,

  • Cooking class 11.00-13.30
  • 1. squash and chickpea soup with bruschetta
  • 2. Fish cakes with roast vegetables salad
  • 3. baked peaches

Day 4

  • Cooking class 11.00-13.30
  • 1. Pasta roulade with sage butter
  • 2. aubergine rolls
  • 3. tiramisu

Day 5

  • Cooking class 11.00-13.30
  • 1. roasted peppers and tomato bruschetta
  • 2. buridda (seafood soup)
  • 3. Cantucci e vin santo
  • 20:00 dinner at pizzeria ”Sant’Agostino”

Day 6

  • cooking class 11.00-13.30
  • 1. Tagliatelle with gorgonzola and walnuts
  • 2. frittura
  • 3. orange and black olive salad
  • 4. Baked pears with cinnamon and marsala wine
  • aperitivo in piazza

Day 7

  • Cooking class 11.00-13.30
  • 1. Linguine alle vongole
  • 2. Chicken roulade with prosciutto and pine nuts
  • 3. panna cotta with strawberries
  • 20.30 good bye dinner,“La Torre di Lavello”
